With over 60 years’ experience in hospitality our management team have worked with Michelin restaurants, AA rosette establishments, 5* Relais and Chateau and have previously achieved wine list of the year and a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand. They are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and portray vast knowledge in our menu provenance, fine wines, and cocktails.

I have worked In professional kitchens for over 20 years now and in that time I have been lucky enough to work for some fantastic companies such as Exclusive Venues, The Bath Pub Company, Harbour Hotels and Thatchers Cider.

I’m a West Country boy through and through, born in Bath, but have been lucky enough to work and live on the Dorset coast twice before in my career, so I’m no stranger to the amazing produce this great county and coastline has to offer us!!

After working with Reg twice before, it’s very exciting to be able to combine our passion for food & drink once again to try and deliver the best customer experience!!

Although I’m classically trained, I like to combine modern techniques and flavours from around the world into my dishes whilst making sure the quality produce shines through!

I am originally from Hungary but have been residing in the UK since 2006. My professional journey has predominantly revolved around bars and restaurants, where my passion for wines and cocktails shines through.

My adventurous spirit has taken me around the world from a young age, with unique cultural experiences.

Notably, I have had the opportunity to work with celebrity chefs Daniel Doherty, Angela Hartnett, Lee Cowie from Necker Island and bar patrons, Rich Woods aka the Cocktail Guy and even had the chance to call the Caribbeans my home for a while, when I worked on super yachts and managed beach bars.

My diverse experiences and interests have undoubtedly shaped my unique and exciting life stories!
