SAM'S SUPPER CLUB
Sam’s Supper Club is our monthly celebration of good food, great wine, and even better company. Supper club guests are seated in a traditional banquet style with a specially curated menu by executive head chef Sam Coltman, showcasing seasonal ingredients, creative twists, and a few surprises along the way. Sam often invites one of our renowned wine suppliers to create an expertly paired wine flight to accompany the menus, and share their vast wine knowledge with supper club guests on the night.
The supper clubs are the perfect way to experience something new and enjoy a relaxed, sociable evening in the heart of old town Poole.

Christmas Charity Banquet
Wednesday 3rd December 2025 7pm
On Wednesday 3rd December we are holding a charity dinner for 54 guests which will be hosted by our dear friend Harry Redknapp.
All proceeds for the evening will go to Amelia's Rainbow, a local charity that support children who have been diagnosed with either a serious life-limiting illness or a complex disability or condition.
We are looking to raise much needed funds for this amazing charity and we will be donating £25 for each standard ticket sold and £80 for 6 VIP tickets. We will also be holding a grand raffle and auction on the night.
