There’s nothing quite like Steak Night at Guildhall Tavern. Every Friday, we serve up the finest locally sourced cuts, perfectly cooked to your liking and paired with a selection of classic sides and sauces. Whether you’re winding down the week or kicking off the weekend, it’s the perfect excuse to treat yourself — and maybe share a bottle from our wine list while you’re at it.

Sam’s Supper Club is our monthly celebration of good food, great wine, and even better company. Supper club guests are seated in a traditional banquet style with a specially curated menu by executive head chef Sam Coltman, showcasing seasonal ingredients, creative twists, and a few surprises along the way. Sam often invites one of our renowned wine suppliers to create an expertly paired wine flight to accompany the menus, and share their vast wine knowledge with
supper club guests on the night.
The supper clubs are the perfect way to experience something new and enjoy a relaxed, sociable evening in the heart of old town Poole.
