SAM'S SUPPER CLUB
Sam’s Supper Club is our monthly celebration of good food, great wine, and even better company. Supper club guests are seated in a traditional banquet style with a specially curated menu by executive head chef Sam Coltman, showcasing seasonal ingredients, creative twists, and a few surprises along the way. Sam often invites one of our renowned wine suppliers to create an expertly paired wine flight to accompany the menus, and share their vast wine knowledge with supper club guests on the night.

Every December Sam's Supper Club host's a Christmas Charity Banquet which raises money for a carefully selected local charity. In December 2025 our chosen local charity was the incredible Amelia's Rainbow, a local children's charity which supports children with terminal illness or life changing conditions and injuries. With the support of footballing legend and dear friend of the restaurant, Harry Redknapp, our fantastic suppliers, local business's and generous loyal customers, we managed to raise £12,334.38 for Amelia's Rainbow. Keep an eye on our socials as we announce this years chosen charity later in the year.
The supper clubs are the perfect way to experience something new and enjoy a relaxed, sociable evening in the heart of old town Poole.

Sam will be serving up a 5 course asian inspired feast
featuring flavours from Japan, Korea, Thailand and India.

Joining Sam for his first supper club of the year will be
Stuart Porter from renowned London wine merchants,
Corney & Barrow. Stuart will has chosen 5 wines from across
the globe to pair with Sam's menu and he will be sharing his wine knowledge with you on the night.

Join us at Sam’s Supper Club for an exceptional evening celebrating Ridge Vineyards — one of California’s most
iconic estates.
​
Founded in 1962, Ridge is famed for terroir-driven wines of purity, structure and longevity — crafted with organic farming and minimal intervention.
​
Sam and his team will be serving a 4 course menu featuring influences and flavours from across the Americas which has been expertly paired with not 4, but 5 iconic Ridge wines.
​
Co hosting the evening will be Andrew Meltzer (Ridge Brand Ambassador) and Gemma Withenshaw (Berkmann Wine Cellars).
