For one night only, Sam is teaming up with renowned Lebanese wine author and journalist, Michel Karam, and Gemma Withenshaw of Berkman Wine Cellars, to showcase the wines of Lebanon's oldest and most iconic winery, Chateau Ksara.

In a supper club first, we have invited the fantastically talented Sam Lewis, head chef of award-winning Bath restaurant 'Corkage',  to collaborate on a 6 course seafood and game inspired menu with Lebanese flavour influences, and has been paired with 5 of Chateau Ksara's iconic wines.​​ With his family's Lebanese heritage and knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, Sam is sure to bring some creative and delicious flavour combinations to the banquet.

Michel and Gemma will bring together fascinating stories of Lebanon, its vineyards and wines that have helped put the country on the international wine map.
