Severine and Frederic have run the Guildhall Tavern since 2000.

They previously worked at the 'Le Petit Saint Tropez' in Christchurch for 18 Months.

Our chef Frederic grew up in Grasse in the South of France where he trained as a chef and cooked for some very famous people!
